During this3 day course, you will discover or perfect different techniques that are used during acanyoning course.
Morningsof the first 2 days, we will be on the site “The lime kiln” located in Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans. This place offers the opportunity to learn and practicesafelydifferent manipulations. The afternoons, place to practice, in real lifein the canyons!
On the 3rd day,the canyon is yours!You know enough to walk and have fun all day in the canyon!
Whatever your level,the internship program is designed to adaptto your needs and your mastery of the different techniques.
In any case, thegood mood, therekindnessand thesecuritywill punctuate these 3 days.

The Versoud Down
Theory + Practice
The Versoud canyon is the ideal canyon for a first day of learning. Very well equipped and not very long, you can take your time toimplement techniques learned in the morning on site.
Day 2
Leoncel
Theory + Practice
The Léoncel canyon is different from the Versoud by its "adventure terrain" side.
Very little equipped or not at all, it will be ideal for carrying out in safety, descents using different techniques those used the day before but just as effective.
Day 3
Les Ecouges Bace

The luxury canyon of the Vercors, perfect for putting into practice the techniques learned on days 1 and 2.
